     HD 1080p Daylight Camera Electro-optic Tracking System MWIR Cooled Thermal Camera

JH602-42021 electro-optical surveillance system is a highly integrated optical-mechanical-electro system equipped with a HD 1080p daylight camera, MWIR cooled thermal camera and Laser Range Finder. It is provided for civilian requirements such as search, observation, reconnaissance and tracking sea surface /air targets, widely applied in airport security and maritime affairs.

     Main Functions

  • Stable output of daylight and IR image, and the image is required to be free of horizontal stripes, diagonal stripes and water ripple interference;
  • Detect and observe targets day and night;
  • Manual tracking of the target requires that the host computer send a tracking command to select a predetermined target and then automatically track the selected target;
  • Target distance measurement, and the effective distance value of the LRF is required to be 10km;
  • It can provide accurate azimuth, pitch and distance values of the target in real time;
  • Self-check and return the result;
  • Three sensors optical axis alignment to be consistent
  • Report the angle data and distance data of the captured target relative to the reference axis;
  • The system can receive information of targets specified by other navigation devices for searching and tracking.

See figure 1 and 2, the system is mainly composed of thermal camera, daylight camera and LRF, external interfaces are 55pin aviation connector and 26pin aviation connector, interfaces definition please see PART 4 Appendix 2.1 and 2.2.

    

  • Control Box

As the command center of the system, the control box control content includes: joystick, working mode switching, thermal image and daylight image adjustment, laser ranging, target tracking, gimbal motion control, etc. The main components are shown in Figure 3, and the external interface includes a 12-pin aviation connectors. For the definition of the interface, please see PART 4 Appendix 2.3 interface definition of control box.
